Safelite is a third party that administers glass claims on our behalf. They can help arrange for windshield repair/replacement at the glass shop of your choice; at a location convenient to you. As always, work is guaranteed if you use a shop in the Nationwide Blue Ribbon program.

How to submit a car windshield claim
To save time, please have the following information handy before making a claim:

Your policyholder card number
Vehicle year, make, model and body style
Date of the incident
Call 1-800-421-3535 and state "glass only." Or report your claim online.
Answer a few questions about the vehicle and your windshield insurance claim.
Determine the date, time and place where you would like service performed.
Receive your referral number.
