If you’re a Nationwide® policyholder, you may be able to file a claim online.

Can you report a claim online?
Some claims are complex and cannot be submitted online. If your claim involves any of the following, please call our toll-free Claims Report Number at
1-800-421-3535:

Claims involving injury
Auto fire
Your residence is not livable
Claims on business policies
Identity theft claims
Claims involving two vehicles owned by the same policyholder
Claims involving the policyholder's vehicle and property owned by the same policyholder
Florida policyholders should report claims by calling 1-800-282-1446 anytime
(Non-Nationwide policyholders should report claims by calling
1-800-421-3535).
