 3. All property claims are individually handled by a property casualty claims professional, who can:

Contact you to verify data on the claim
Answer any questions you may have
Confirm your coverage
Obtain claims documents and initiate any necessary investigation of the claim
Establish the amount of claims damages to be paid
Authorize payments according to policy conditions
